At Akoya Mockups, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
