How do I receive my digital mockup files after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an instant download link on the checkout page. A copy of the download link will also be sent to your registered email address immediately.
What file formats are included in the downloads?
Most of our mockups are provided as high-resolution PSD files with smart object layers for easy editing. We also include high-quality JPEG and PNG versions for users without Adobe Photoshop.
Can I use Akoya Mockups for commercial client projects?
Yes, our standard license allows you to use the mockups for both personal and commercial projects, including social media marketing, website displays, and client presentations.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed. However, if you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact us and we will resolve it.
Do I need a specific software to use the PSD files?
To take full advantage of the smart object features and layers, we recommend using Adobe Photoshop. However, the flat JPEG images can be used in any basic photo editing software or online design tool.
Are the background elements and colors customizable?
Yes, most Akoya Mockups feature isolated objects and editable background layers, allowing you to change colors or textures to match your brand's aesthetic.
